All CT Virtual Learning Center teachers will be CT certified and deemed as highly qualified according to state standards. The CT Virtual Learning Center administrators will conduct a specialized, comprehensive hiring process to ensure they are willing to accept the unique and demanding challenges of online teaching. The CT Virtual Learning Center will provide online teacher training to all of its teachers and will hire a mentor to provide new teachers professional coaching, support and advice.
